Once we were approved, and arrived at the property, we didnt have to register with anyone. It was super easy. The Landing app was very easy to use, and way to communicate with the property owners. We never had to use it to communicate, but knew that if we needed something we could reach out to someone using the app. Would highly recommend, and would use them again in the future. Thanks!

The property was dirty, had no internet, washing machine wouldn't work, TV's wouldn't work, arrival instructions were incorrect and incomplete. There is black mold growing all over in one of the closets. The communication with the manager was non-existent. This is the kind of property that will cause a person to never rent another VRBO.

I loved the apartment! It had everything we needed and it was in a great location. The only thing was that it took a little to find the building and for some reason I didn’t receive the email to the latch app and had to call someone to help. The person who helped did a great job and we were able to get in. Overall great stay and very clean as well!

The Latch app didn’t work and I got locked out night 2, there was construction in the building as they are updating - that was not disclosed to me and it should have, also the fire alarm went off one night, and finally communication with what seemed liked an AI not a human was terrible

"Could have been better "

The property itself was nice and cozy. Designed for comfortability. However, the community was very “ghetto” as we were trying to sleep there were people in the hallways smoking weed and drinking being very vulgar. The pool was swamped with over 20 men smoking and hanging out so as you can imagine it was very hard for myself and my 2 teenage girls to enjoy a nice swim. Had the community not been what it was, I would have enjoy my experience here more because what the owner is trying to do with their place is obviously make it a cozy experience.

The overall property and amenities were above average. The pool and BBQ area were very nice, and both the fitness center and clubhouse were pleasant and well-kept. The landscaping was well maintained, and the residents we encountered were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the experience was significantly impacted by poor communication from our host and their management company. After a long cross-country flight, we arrived to find that our gate code didn’t work. Our driver had to wait until another resident arrived to let us in, which was both frustrating and stressful. The instructions for locating our unit were also inaccurate. We were told to make a left at the clubhouse, but the unit was actually to the right. Building numbers and unit markers were hard to see from the street or a rideshare vehicle, so my daughter and I wandered the complex for 15 minutes trying to find the right location. When we finally got to the unit, the instructions stated there would be a key fob in a lockbox on the door to access the vehicle gate and amenities. However, the code provided for the lockbox didn’t work either. This added more frustration, as I had to walk to the front gate every time we ordered food or used a rideshare service. We were also unable to easily access the pool and fitness center. Several light bulbs were missing, toilet was wobbly, remote-control battery covers missing and the beds were very low with thin, uncomfortable mattresses.
