Location , excellent communication. Very clean ,parking outside . Very nice layout.

Bathroom ( too cold to have a bath ) and top bedroom were both very cold even though heating was on 5 .

A lovely, clean house with all mod cons and comfy beds. Much bigger than it looks from the inside and quite near to all the central York sites. Highly recommended.
