Great location, within walking distance of city centre. Gorgeous house, very spacious and clean. Well equipped kitchen. Beds are very comfy.

"Very enjoyable stay in the house and in York."

The house was very modern, very clean and bigger on the inside. The best compliment I can say is that we felt we have been there longer than we actually was there for.

Please make guests aware that they need a permit to park on the street and make aware that the £10 Parking charge is to park on the street not local parking. Local parking to me meant a local car park. Please don’t make the same mistake than we did and buy the permit or you will get a parking ticket. As you drive up to the street it does say you need a permit to park so please make the change in your information about the house.

We had a wonderful stay, family of 5 , house is beautiful hi spec all mod cons very comfortable, but we stayed a week in August and unfortunately one major thing was missing, fans in the bedrooms is a must, 34 degrees in the day time made the the house like a sauna , it's sweltering the higher up the house you go, bed were so comfortable the whole homely feel 5 *

Everything beautiful, stunning home would syay again ( with a fan in summer) lol

What a beautiful house as 5 lads we respected the property everything you needed was there we will be back

I think we could off needed some extra keys as we split up in town

Fairly good location for town, racing and train station. Well equipped kitchen and fair sized bedrooms. Great communication from host. Nice outside area to sit and relax, great inside space to sit and eat as a group. Free parking a short walk away. Nice chilled out pubs a short walk (The Fox, Volunteer Arms and Crystal Palace).

Nothing to be fair, galley kitchen slightly restrictive, but we managed ok.

Stayed with the family in this beautiful clean home. There was loads of space for us. The host was always available if we needed them and they even let us drop are suitcases off before check in time. I would highly recommend this property
