Ein schönes modernes und sehr sauberes Apartment.

Die Anreise mit dem Auto für Nicht-Madeira-Kenner war etwas herausfordernd.

Great location,Maikel is an excellent host, he could not off done anymore for us on our stay. The apartment was clean and very comfortable, it has a nice balcony with great views of the town and sea , probably a better view than we had expected. The kitchen had all the utensils you would expect for a short stay, bed was comfortable. The restaurant below apartments is also managed by Maikel, the food was excellent as were the staff. We would not hesitate to recommend a stay at Casal de Penha .

Being fussy , another small comfy chair and full length mirror would be an added bonus.

Lovely modern apartment in an ideal location. Everything you would need for a short stay. The host Maikel was very helpful and the family restaurant downstairs is certainly worth a visit.

Tolle Lage, hübsch und praktisch eingerichtet. Toller Vermieter der ebenfalls das Restaurant unten drunter führt.

Very clean, good location to walk to Funchal centre.

Very close to some lively bars which can be very noisy at night time into the early hours of the morning. Didn’t spoil our trip but worth being aware of.

Struttura nuova, pulita, in ottima posizione e con tutto il necessario compreso un balconcino privato molto carino. All’ultimo piano c’è anche una grande terrazza con sdraio per prendere il sole. Maikel è stato davvero gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa, in camera al nostro arrivo ci ha lasciato anche una bottiglia di vino di benvenuto. Consigliato anche il suo ristorante che ci è piaciuto molto e c’era anche un piccolo sconto per gli ospiti degli appartamenti. Struttura assolutamente consigliata!

La struttura meritava assolutamente un 10 ma purtroppo ogni volta che si apriva la porta d’ingresso c’era un odore fortissimo di pesce probabilmente proveniente dalla cucina del ristorante, che si sentiva sia su tutti i piani di scale che addirittura, a volte, nell’ingresso interno dell’appartamento. Anche il parcheggio, che sapevamo non ci fosse, è stato un po’ un problema perché è quasi impossibile trovare posto nei pochi parcheggi gratuiti di fronte alla struttura e anche quelli a pagamento vicini hanno un limite di tempo di 3 ore (gratuito però dalle 20h alle 8h quindi può risultare comodo se si sta via tutto il giorno), l’alternativa era un parcheggio senza limite di tempo, proprio di fianco alla struttura, ma il prezzo è abbastanza alto soprattutto se si sta molti giorni.
