"This time zero marking.. very bad they had done with us"

This time I have to give zero marking to this hotel.. This time I m really disappointed from this hotel.. this time owner son is sitting at reception and we had a booking over there. My booking was done of family room in price of rs. 1500/-. And I m having proof of that.. but when we visited he saw the booking price and he self modified my booking by his computer by his own.. and then my booking was done of rs. 2500/- and modified room price mail also I received. But when I tell him that my booking amount was that and I m having mail also but he denied by saying that in my phone this amount is showing. We can't give you the room.. I m really disappointed because I visited most of the time but this time they had done really wrong.. this hotel is good but by doing like this I think I don't like this hotel.. If someone will ask me for proof I can prove it by showing both mail.. my mail and their modification mail also..
