Unbeatable view that puts you right at the frontseat of the Hiriketiya bay. Friendly staff.

The only minor thing is that because it has a bar downstairs the noise doesn't end in the evening until people leave

Awesome location, with a perfect view of the bay. Lovely attentive staff that are always smiling. The restaurant downstairs wasn’t too loud and quite manageable :) we loved our stay here and will be back!

The location is unbeatable. You can be in the ocean in less than a minute, and the view from the room and balcony are amazing. I’ve never met a more attentive staff who will go out of their way to make sure you have a good stay. Shan and Hiruka were incredible and even offered me a fresh coconut with a flower when I arrived. The chef, Akila, has worked at restaurants in Dubai and Maldives and makes incredible food (the curry is a must-try, as is the pizza!). I highly recommend eating at the restaurant below.

The rooms are right above a popular restaurant, so expect it to be loud until about 10-11pm. The room is missing some amenities like a closet/place for your luggage, hand soap, beach towel, etc (all easily fixable :). While the room is lovely, new, and clean, it’s missing some details.

The view is stunning, facing the bay with a big cozy terrace. The room and bathroom were perfect, the best I’ve been to so far in Sri Lanka. The staff has been so lovely and welcoming. Thanks to Shan for making my stay even better!
