Posizione, spazi, atmosfera, ottimo punto per partire all'esplorazione di Assisi.

Non c'erano saponette né detersivi per i piatti né caffè: nulla è d'obbligo, ma quando arrivi verso sera è lieto trovarli

La posizione è fantastica per visitare il centro storico. La casa molto accogliente, siamo stati molto bene nonostante il caldo di agosto. La signora Maria è stata gentilissima, ci ha consigliato dove parcheggiare e fare le spese. Check in flessibile. Tutto benissimo!

Great location. Perfect for a small group of adults wanting to stay near the centre of the town.

Great location in Assisi, Quiet street yet close to everything . Warm, hot water, WiFi all good. Comfortable for a couple or 3 persons

The second double bed is in the kitchen. If it’s open, you cannot use the small folding table and need to eat sitting on the bed. Parking in the nearby street only available for part of the day, so for a longer stay you would need to pay at a parking lot. Also, we were asked to pay 10 euros in cash for the town’s tourist tax. Poor communication with owners.

Cosy apartment in old building - hetaing working well, enough space for three people. Close to main places in Assisi.

Wifi didn't work and the mobile network is poor in this old buliding. Big bed in the kitchen is not a good idea (as better would be a couch, visible on some photos) - it's not enough space to spend time together or eat someting.

Big two-story apartment. Fantastic bathroom, with good shower. It had wi-fi. It’s close (5 min) to the bus stop that brings you from the train station to the main Basilica. We were happy that an early check in was made possible. It has a washing machine!

The main thing was the lack of air conditioning. We were there in mid August, and we had problems to sleep because of the hot weather, even at night. Unfortunately, there was no laundry detergent by the washing machine, so we did what we could with liquid soap. I think the family hosting us could have sent us a message the day before to confirm everything was okay. On the morning of our stay, I called the number before taking the train to Assisi and gladly everything was okay, as they were aware we were coming. It would just be something to give us a peace of mind.
