An exceptionally clean, simple and comfortable accommodation located in a quiet street. Just a short walk from the main bus stop/parking facilities and all major sights. Great for families or groups of friends wanting to explore the town.

We loved how much space we had, it's basically whole house for yourself, there are 2 double beds and another single bed. We appreciate the heating being turned on prior to our arrival. The price was very good judging by the location, everything in Assisi is just a few minutes walk from the location. House is equipped with everything you may need, plenty of dishes, kettle, stovetop and an oven with a beautiful retro-looking fridge giving into the homie vibes. Overall would definitely recommend.

Entry way is really narrow for carrying in the suitcase, but for one evening we managed. It may be hard for someone with any injury to climb the narrow entry stairs. Also the host only communicated in Italian but all communication happened via text soo using Google translate wasn't nd issue, and as it's a self check in property late check in also wasn't an issue
