When I tried to check in at the hotel on the day, I was told that they could not accommodate me. I did not have a C-form, so I was told that only Indians could stay, so I booked another hotel. It was very annoying and disappointing that this happened so late at night when I was very tired. There was no explanation as to why this happened. I will never book with them again.

Not suitable for families

We booked months before to stay at this location and flew in on international flights only to arrive and have the Hotel say that they did not accept foreign individuals. We had previously asked for the Hotel to pick us up from the airport to which there was no response. I feel that Booking.com should review hotels like this before allowing them to advertise to innocent individuals, I think it was a failure on Booking.com part and incorrect advertising on the part of the Hotel. They should be removed from your listing.

Nothing

Soiled and torn bed linens, broken toilet seat cover, no hot water, some lights did not work, rooms were not cleaned before check in, shabby and ill maintained property, rude and unprofessional staff.
