Nothing. It is a below average hotel.

1. There was no complimentary toiletries provided. 2. There was no complimentary water bottles. After connecting customer service, they gave a reduction of 4 water bottles (1 per room per day). 3. Hostel staff was genuinely ill behaved 4. No covered parking. Very dangerous to keep your car aside the road 5. Complimentary breakfast option was limited. They do not provide any continental breakfast. Options are Poha and parathas (that too limited). They will reject your wish, if you ask for more. Eggs have to be paid. 6. Switch, regulator andany more stuffs in the room were broken. Altogether, it was a very bad experience at this hotel.

The TV in the room I was in was not working and the socket was not working and even after asking them it was not fixed due to which I had a lot of trouble in charging my mobile. Due to this I checked out on the 7th and had to stay in another hotel there.

A pigeon entered the hotel near the window which creates a lot of noise and causes a lot of trouble in staying there.

Facility is terrible. Cockroaches running on the floor.

There were cockroaches running around on the floor. It was very hot weather and AC didn't work, and it also made noise. Staff didn't try to solve these issue when reported.

The reservation was not kept.

Had booked the hotel with confirmation and no prepayment needed. Once we got close they sent me a link on WhatsApp where I had to pay through. I did not as advices by booking and when I came they were fully booked. Very bad experience.
