Modern home in Birmingham

The space was great good bedrooms and great area downstairs. The host was very good at communication beforehand. Very easy check in process. And speedy deposit return.

The parking was a bit confusing because there are permit only signs outside the house but i think these are old as the area is still being redeveloped.

The property is large and across 3 floors, clean and basic provisions are provided, very quiet enclose (other rental properties in the vicinity) 10 to 15 minute walk to city centre. Not much near the property but plenty of deliveries. The washing machine and dishwasher was a bonus. Will book again hopefully it's cheaper when England are not playing at villa park 😊. Make sure you let them know the total number of guests as they are very accommodating. The pool table was wonky but fun for the kids.

TV is difficult to work and firestick had no power cable. Bottle opener and a sharp knife for cooking. Really being picky though.
