The room was clean

The restaurant music was too loud. The breakfast should be more healthy

A returning guest. Great and safe location, facilities are very modern. For me it was a home away from home experience. Great staff in general but as always, Mr Blessing and Callista stood out and embody the true meaning of customer service ensuring customer satisfaction.

This is in no way a bad reflection on the hotel at all in fact on the contrary. I only wish to draw attention to the breakfast menu and wanted to suggest including other dietary options for the guests. Provide breakfast that caters for the variety of guests e.g., with health issues like diabetes, or food allergies. Perhaps the hotel could offer other light options or vegans, vegetarian etc. options as I found the breakfast was mostly high in Carbs.

Lovely Rooms, Lovely Food (really good quality) and most of all, lovely and competent staff. Everything is very clean and well kept and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Lovely reception patio area with comfortable seating and the whole place was just an oasis of peace and calm. TV’s are all smart and have all the sports channels included.

There’s some issue with the electric, with switches off and two or 3 times in a five minute period and then is ok for hours. It’s only a pain if you’re watching Netflix as you have to restart everything when it settles.

The breakfast was really good for a boutique hotel. it was not a buffet but good enough options to let you experience their unique offerings in terms of taste and quantity. The rooms were spacious, their TV's are smart and the force of their shower made you want to keep taking one. The staff also were very courteous and their meals generally was really good.

It was in a great location opposite the tranquil Jabi lake. The attention to detail and cleanliness was top notch. Staff incredible accommodating and the whole atmosphere felt very personable.
