Nicely located and calm ambience. Staff were attentive and friendly (Calista can smile for Nigeria). Between Uncle T restaurant downstairs (great inclusive breakfast BTW) and 10.o5 Restaurant next door (filling local dishes), your cuisine options are covered.. Park opposite (with the lake) is a hangout for up and coming young Nigerians at recreation if you want to socialize..

I think some thought can be given to functionality around the room. Bedside lamps not present and the working desk is not comfortable plus no power socket adjacent..

Overpriced. No in-house laundry and staff are poorly trained. Restaurant food is terrible. Drenched in oil. Breakfast portion is big but not appealing or tasty. Regular overpriced Nigerian accommodation. It’s like we pay so much just to sleep in a clean room because majority are unkept as always.

This place found the definition of ‘boutique’ and matched it perfectly! There are only 6 rooms which are well decorated and pristinely clean. The room sparkled! The reception staff are friendly and helpful and provide a warm welcome. They were in regular contact with us via WhatsApp which worked well. The hotel is situated just across from the Jabi Lake park so you are able to wander around the neighbourhood during the day. The restaurant downstairs serves Western food which although highly priced seems very popular. The breakfast was exceptional. I wish we could have stayed longer!

For the price paid, there was no hot water which is very disappointing. Hot water turned on and off was not very pleasant unfortunately.

The food was good. The staff were courteous and helpful. The bathroom was clean. Staff were planant and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was extended. That was quite thoughtful

It would have been nice to have a breakfast buffet. But, breakfast was good. Little Nigerian cuisine. It would have been nice to have some local soups and other cuisine as meal options for lunch or dinner.

Beautiful boutique hotel with superb vibes and decor. Very clean and comfortable. Great food choices as well as there is a restaurant just below the hotel.

Hotel is really small, few rooms available.
