Fijne locatie, erg schoon en heel gezellig! Koffie/thee en een keuken+tuin met alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Erg prettig contact met de verhuurder ook, konden eerder terecht vanwege vroege vlucht en onze koffers na uitchecken laten staan vanwege late vlucht terug :)

Niks, bedden zouden iets beter kunnen.

"Feeling at home in Verona"

Pros: - Lovely community kitchen incl. filtered tab water outlet to drink and a little cafetéra for good coffee. - Enjoyable patio/garden - Friendly & helpful host - Comfortable bed and spacious rain-style shower - Windows have blinds and also wooden panels to make it completely dark - 10 min walk to the center, 10 min to vescovo train station - Windows well insultated for sound from outside

Con: - Vertically between rooms the sound insulation is really bad, you hear talking and every step from above.

Il responsabile Davide ci ha accolti anche in leggero anticipo su nostra richiesta. La struttura è molto nuova e pulitissima. 21 minuti a piedi dall Arena e dal centro. Noi eravamo in 3 ed un bimbo di 8 anni. Avevamo la stanza con angolo cottura dotata di ogni comfort. Su ns richiesta ci ha fornito city pass X parcheggiare auto stalli gialli. Prezzo ottimo rispetto a offerte della zona. Per cui consiglio vivamente! Daniela&Nicola&Andrea da Conegliano

"Estremamente piacevole."

Ambiente curato, nuovo, confortevole. Stanze silenziose. Letti e cuscini comodi. Spazio giardino inaspettato in città. Cucina a disposizione fornita di tutto. Cura degli ambienti. Sensazione di essere in un contesto giovane ed inclusivo.

Non ha inficiato sul mio soggiorno tuttavia i gradini presenti negli ambienti non lo rendono fruibile ai portatori di disabilità motoria.
