Gumboot Paradise Eco Stay

Very quiet. Cool wee place

The shower could have been a bit better but thats a minor with the bath being so handy.. especially in the weather we had.

Loved our stay. The outside bath and sitting around the fire were a highlight.

The setting is great, we loved having a fenced off area for our dogs. The fire and sitting area were nice too 😀

The solar system inverter turned on every half an hour or so during the night which sounded like someone vacuuming and didn’t make for a great sleep at all. The bright green light on it wasn’t very nice either. The shower had low pressure and was hard to regulate to a consistent temperature. The composting toilet is too high to sit on comfortably and too far away for the rainy night we had. The ceiling in the unit with the loft is low which meant my husband bumped his head in the night. Too expensive for what is offered.

The place was awesome, and the host was very amazing
