The location Is stunning, I could spend a day by the river in the grounds but there's also easy access to dartmoor national park. The annex is truly a home away from home, so clean and everything I needed with so much space.

There's no negatives at all.

"Found lots to do in the area, bike and walk. Okehampton a surprisingly good base."

Ease of parking. Quiet pleasant location. Within walking distance of town. Excellent comfy bed and seating in lounge. Good to have train as alternative to car when travelling further afield.

Found the en-suite bathroom very tight for space and difficult to even put a piece of soap down!

Hosts were fantastic, endlessly helpful, very lovely. WiFi fantastic as were the facilities. Downstairs kitchen and bathroom fantastic. Bedroom was lovely and en-suite fantastic. Bed and mattress - superb. Location was great, easy to get to and out of. Would stay again
