"Perfect"

The annex Roundaway lodge is spacious, neat and clean, check in and check out were very easy and smooth, David gave us a very nice room tour. Abbeyford Woods is right behind the house, it’s a nice an easy hiking trail.

"Great walking stop over."

Perfect location for a stop over on our hike of the Tarka Trail. Really comfortable, good facilities, great communication from the host.

"Perfect self catering accommodation for two."

David was a very friendly and helpful host, available if we needed him. We didn't but it was nice to know he was nearby. An excellent refurbishment of the property with everything we needed. Safe bike storage round the back. We only stayed two nights but could happily have stayed longer. For anyone who is worried about finding it, we didn't have a problem by bike and we had a visitor who used what3words.

Sehr komfortabel und modern eingerichtet, dabei stilvoll, praktisch und mit nützlichen Hinweisschildern zur Handhabung versehen, viel Schrankraum, zwei Badezimmer und guter Herd vorhanden, Lage etwas abgelegen, aber schön ruhig, nachts hört man Waldkäuzchen, alles, was man braucht (und etwas mehr), um sich im Urlaub wohlzufühlen

"Perfect stay. Quiet, spacious and comfortable"

The separate lounge room The outdoor area with table and chairs. A separate toilet downstairs as well as the ensuite. Lovely towels. Well appointed kitchen Excellent lighting Good wifi Super quiet Lovely decor and super clean On site parking right at the door. Lovely host
