The staff here were so lovely, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. Even though the hotel is pet-friendly and allows dogs, everything was very clean and there was no unpleasant smell at all. A very nice touch is that soft drinks are available all day, and they also offer free light snacks every evening. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay!

Me sorprendió gratamente el alojamiento, ya que si bien está pensado para personas que viajan con perros (no fue mi caso), las instalaciones están impecables, no hay pelitos en el aire, ni en las habitaciones ni salas comunes, tienen áreas de juego para los perritos bien definidas, las personas muy atentas, regalan hot dogs en horario específico, tienen café, té, agua y jugo 24 hrs disponibles. Me encantan los animales y ver todos los días diferentes perritos tan bien cuidados le daba un plus a la estadía 🥰. Todo muy limpio en la habitación que era bastante amplia al igual que el baño. Volvería a ojos cerrados. Para los que viajan con perros dejaban un kit en la habitación con artículos de limpieza para ellos y tenían escaleritas especiales). Amé este hotel.

わかりにくかったけど清潔かつシンプルで部屋を広く使えます。 京都御所に近く散歩も楽しかったです。 近くに食事処も多く不自由はかんじません。 ソフトドリンク、コーヒー類が飲み放題でサービス、夜食付き(無料) お客、ペットの事をよく考えられたホテルで京都洛中に有るということは 大変素晴らしい。　価格もリーズナブルです。

着いた時にくるまが止めにくい、すぐ近くに民間パーキングあります。　三井パーキングが1番お得ですが京都特有の駐車場のせまさが感じられます。

Hotel felt new and very clean. Complimentary coffee in the foyer was much appreciated. I didn't have a dog but they added to the experience!
