El personal fue super amable en todo momento, además de estar en el mostrador 24h. Las instalaciones del hotel son super nuevas y modernas, además de estar todo super limpio. La habitación es enorme y la cama es una maravilla. El hotel proporciona muchas comodidades y servicios, como bebidas y perritos calientes por la noche. Es un hotel ideal si viajas con mascota, ya que puedes hacer uso de muchos de sus servicios, aunque nosotros viajamos sin ella y nos sentimos muy bienvenidos igualmente. Sin duda, el mejor alojamiento de nuestra estancia en Japón

Comfortable room, good value for money, welcoming staff. The complimentary beverages and hot dogs were a nice detail. We were traveling all the way from Bulgaria so we couldn’t come with our pet this time but it’s a great place to visit with your dog. Well connected to Gion by foot or bus.

It's great that hotels like this are popping up where you can stay with your dog. Everything was great and comfortable. Our furry friend was very happy, and so were we. The staff was very attentive and friendly, and there were plenty of amenities for dogs and their owners. I'd especially like to mention the size, cleanliness, and amenities of the room. I definitely recommend it.
