Natural Park Villa Resort

Il resort è bellissimo, in armonia con l'ambiente naturale dell'isola. Le Ville sono arredate in modo semplice e molto accogliente. La grandezza della piscina privata ha superato le nostre aspettative e l'accesso dal bagno è fantastico. Lettini da spiaggia sempre disponibili e piscine non affollate. Ottima colazione, frutta locale e una vasta scelta sul menù. Personale gentile e disponibile, soprattutto Ana, la quale ha saputo coccolarci e rispondere prontamente a un piccolo problema durante la vacanza.

Il materasso è davvero duro. La corrente elettrica salta spesso, torna però in pochi secondi.

Resort is located quite isolated. Quality of food is ok, but management of bar & kitchen should be approved on this price & service level. All is going (extreme) slow, reactive and lots of misstakes were made. Ordering the same dish twice on one day resulted in two completely different servings, extreme slow service, often bringing other orders than the order taken. Overall value for money: pricing for stay at resort vs service level is not in balance

From the first entrance… totally impressed with the size and design of the villa. The private pool was far bigger than expected, the breakfast(included in our deal) had a great selection and the floating breakfast (paid extra) was huge. Tip-don’t order it in the last day because it is so big you can have it for lunch (and store in the fridge). Staff was friendly and helpful, daily cleaning and fresh towels as well as beach towels available. The on-site restaurant offers a high quality and nice selection of local and international dishes. Highly recommended.

The only “issue” we have was that with each restaurant visit, you pay. Instead of paying at the end of your stay. Maybe they had bad experiences with people not paying their bills. The beach is nice, but the sea is only pleasant when the tide is high. Enjoy one of the three big pools until the tide is high. Good for walking when the tide is low. Either to the north ( direction the Rock restaurant) or south (to Paje).

Our stay at Natural Park Villas Resort in Zanzibar was truly wonderful and exceeded our expectations in every way. The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly blends comfort with the natural surroundings of the island — an ideal place to relax and recharge. A very special shoutout goes to Ana Deac, Quality Manager, who genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and smooth as possible. Her attention to detail, kindness, and proactive approach made a real difference, and it’s rare to meet someone so dedicated to guest satisfaction. We would also like to warmly thank Ana and Jeni from the restaurant, who were absolutely amazing hosts. They took exceptional care of us, always welcoming us with a smile, remembering our preferences, and making every meal a pleasure. Lastly, Jennifer, the massage therapist, deserves special praise. Her massages were excellent — professional, deeply relaxing, and exactly what you need while on a Zanzibar getaway. The staff truly are the heart of this resort, and thanks to them, our stay was memorable and special. We highly recommend Natural Park Villas and would happily return.

The food but that’s a Zanzibar thing🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️some days the food was fine but some days 👎🏽. This one time I asked for chocolate milkshakes then I got chocolate milk 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️
