Natural Park Villa Resort

Need to pay everytime you use the restaurant, better if they can put to room can pay at the end

The staff were so good special thanks to Eric so helpful and full team always responding to our needs

Tap water is salty.

Breakfast was great and the meals where so tasty Location was great and the swimming pools added extra swimming areas. The Wifi was great Whenever the electricity was gone the generators where on almost immediately which was great

The swing in the pool was a bit high for the kids

Het restaurant was soms was chaotisch en lang wachten voor we eten kregen. Ook werkte de WIFI niet steeds, waardoor betalen met kaart niet kon.

Mooi resort, huis & zwembad. Vriendelijk restaurant personeel.

Zout kraan, douche en zwembad-water Onverharde slechte weg naar resort Afgelegen locatie en omdat security alleen in slagboomhutje blijft zitten ipv langs strand surveilleert direct 3 verkopers aan je broek hangen zodra je strand oploopt Restaurant alleen cash geld mogelijk (zie ook overige recencies) en receptie slordig en maakt veel fouten met simpele verzoekjes: taxi, handdoeken, excursies etc

Loved the beautiful villas and how they were decorated. The resort although full when we were there, did not feel like a busy resort. Always beach beds available and pools were not crowded. The bathroom access to private pool was the highlight for my children. The thoughtful touch of providing separate water bottles in the bathrooms for brushing teeth was appreciated.

There are not many things one can complain about. The electricity and wifi drop out regularly but that is to be expected in a developing country. A UPS for the Wifi might be a good solution though. As far as comfort, in our particular villa... the mattress did not fit the bed frame. The frame was a few inches too small which made the mattress lie on an angle. When sharing a bed in a hot room, made for some discomfort and my husband ended up sleeping on the single bed in the room for a better nights sleep.

L'accueil de l'équipe, la localisation géographique sur la plage. La piscine privative dans le logement.

L'accès au Resort par un chemin de terre d'env 800m, où 2 voitures ne peuvent pas se croiser. L'état du chemin de terre est deplorable est mériterai d'être refait.

Each villa has its own pool but there are 3 shared pools that are also great. Staff were very friendly and proactive.

The restaurant is a bit slow on busy days. It has great breakfast but the other meals are average, not great but not bad.
