"Clean and secure property"

Lovely clean property had everything you need to be near city centre transport links and many food options too.

I would just the mattress are really thin so didn’t sleep very well.

Great location for band we were there to see. Secure parking a big plus. Everything required for an overnight stay. Quiet and easy to find. Great friendly communication from host . Convenient for food shop and breakfast cafe too.

"Perfect for the price"

We loved this place, not just affordable for the price but clean, had everything we needed, quiet area, perfect parking space and warm/well insulated. The host was in contact, answering quickly and with very clear instructions sent to us by video! The place was spotless when we arrived. We stayed on a cold evening and the thermostat worked excellent we weren't cold at all. The shower is great, good pressure! Kitchen has all the basics, perhaps if you are staying for long you might need more cups, but we stayed for 1 night and we were surprised on how comfortable the place was. If we ever come back to Manchester we will look into booking this place again.

We liked everything.

"OK for a short stay"

House was close to the centre and very convenient parking at the back gate, was easy to unload the car and enter from the back door. House was modern and clean with all you need but, there is no TV, I guess someone has to pay the license fee. also could do with a bath mat. We didn't cook anything just used the microwave and seem to work fine.

The tea towel was damp and smelly , we didn't use it. what would have been a comfortable stay are good beds. the beds were really uncomfortable very thin mattresses and made a noise when you turned. also this is one of those new build properties with no sound proofing, you can here everything going on outside specially at night when students can be a bit loud. whenever the carpark gate opened, It sounded like an engine revving up. I think the motors are in the wall of this flat.
