"Great location for Legoland and Windsor"

The apartment was good - clean, tidy and in a good location for visiting Legoland and Windsor. Also very close to shops and restaurants for those wanting to eat out.

Parking is in a multi-storey so not good if you have a roof box - and also on the top floor so follow the instructions and offload in the supermarket rather than the car park provided.

Hot way did not work for first and third night but on the first night we reported it and some on came and sorted it with in 2 mins but we had to wait an hour 30 for it to warm up apart from that it's a lovely place and Alex is always happy to help

"Lovely large apartment with friendly helpful hosts."

The concierge was extremely helpful. He explained everything and showed me where I needed to go for parking. He even helped me carry my bags up to my room. Very helpful and very friendly. Communication before we arrived was excellent; responsive and very helpful.

The parking was a bit further away than I would've liked. It wasn't far, just not right outside the door. If you left something in the car, you wouldn't want to have to go back for it. However due to the location I understand that having parking is a big bonus. So far better this than not at all.
