Urban Gateway Spacious Apartment with free parking

the location is really good, it is near to the city centre and have massive Waitrose store and M&S, have nice restaurants nearby. the room temperature is really good, warm and cosy. it is generally very clean. we like the free parking.

the sofa bed is not very comfortable and the cleaner was not cleaning the parts carefully, there was a dirty black sock underneath the sofa bed that made us very uncomfortable. the parking slot was on the top of the roof it took dizzy ride to come out of the car park. I went to use the gym downstairs but then discovered half of the machines are broken/not in use.

Shame the parking was all the way on top of a complex, on the 12th floor, luckily the lifts were working.

Parking in adjacent multi-story car park. Top level. Lift & short walk to apartment block lobby (2 minutes). Easy key collect - text first, then keys delivered (5 minutes) Apartment spacious, clean, tidy, quiet (considering town center location). Comfy beds Perfect Wi-Fi

Owners not VAT registered, even though the booking.com bill charges VAT. Talked to both the owner and booking.com support - no resolution. Probably just a tick box error - but you won't be able to claim VAT back if that's important to you.

Very spacious, central location, modern comfortable apartment with easy check-in and our process.

No information on how to use heating or kitchen facilities, but very prompt and helpful when asked over WhatsApp. Sheet over mattress was very thin, not luxurious.
