Urban Gateway Spacious Apartment with free parking

We loved the size of the apartment, it was ideal for us and our 3 yr old. It was safe, clean and spacious enough even with the sofabed set up. Proximity to the town centre was amazing, everything was at our fingertips.

If I was being super picky I'd say the bath towels could be bigger, I never understand why rentals and hotels don't just buy bath sheets. And on check in the guy didn't really seem to know anything about the apartment or much about our booking details

The place was amazing,super clean,spacious for family of 5,staff were very helpful and friendly especially Aleks, It's close to shops,we will definitely visit again.

The appartment is in a very large building. Nevertheless, it was very quiet. It is located near a supermarket (across the street) and a shopping center with shops and lots of restaurants (2min. walk). The appartment was very clean and comfortable. You can park your car in a secured multi storey garage 5min walk. There is charger for EV at the garage, but you need to have the app to charge. Across the street there are speedy chargers on the parking lot of the supermarket, very handy!

The appartment is smaller then it appears on the pictures. It was very hot and there is no aircon (ventilators are foreseen). As it was on the 8th floor, you could not open the windows completely (just a bit). The garage is convenient, but rather remote for a wome alone. It was hard to find where to enter the building upon arrival. We called the host and she immediately gave us directions.

Excellent location near shops and restaurants. Near train station for a quick trip into London.

No air conditioning in apartment.

Ideal location for shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Area felt safe and clean. The property is very clean and true to the advertised pictures. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and plenty of room for everyone. All our needs were provided and a special mention to Aleks who was always at hand to help and accomodating. Nothing to fault the apartment and would gladly stay again, there was no noise from any of the neighbours. Car parking is free but exiting the multi-storey with a crazy tight right turn means if you drive a larger car/van is very tricky.

Property NEEDS an air con, even if it's a portable one. Temperature was 29c outside and the place was super hot. Can hear cars zipping up and down the main road especially a regular car with a loud exhaust. Kettle needed replacing because of build up dirt. We bought our own
