Nice apartment, sofa bed was comfy and easy to put up. Overall a good place and ideal for us. Lots of restaurants close by.

Parking was fine once we found it. Some easy instructions would be very helpful, provided before arrival, on parking location, address of property and how to access without needing to ask. Could do with some fans as no a/c. Information on appliances etc should be provided. First property I have been in that does not provide an Information Pack/Book.

This apartment is just 5mins away from Bracknell station and just 2mins away from the town shopping centre making it an ideal location for close amenities, shopping. And leisure as the cinema, bowling centre are all in walking distance. The flat is beautiful and very modern ensuring a relaxing stay with all the equipment you need to feel very much at home. The staff are super welcoming and helpful will definitely be back again !

Close to waterpark

location....close to shopping centre and 7mins walk to the train station

the noise...being on the 8th floor...with it being warm nights...having the windows slightly open,the noise from down below and from the main road made it impossible to get a nights sleep. the room could have had more amenities'

Lovely light spacious safe apartment with parking. 2 comfortable beds and nice bathroom with bath and shower. Included lien and towels.

No book in the property with how things work, wi-fi codes ect. There was nothing telling us what we needed to do at check outie where to leave keys bedding ect. We had 2 car parking spaces but had to park in the blue spot area as told by the lovely Alex and he took our reg numbers. Confirmed later that date we were good to park there and he confirmed.

To arrive and see absolutely nobody to collect keys or check in, this is not acceptable when travelling alone with 2 children, however that said after 4 telephone calls, Aleks was super kind and helpful, it would have been great if someone had been there for check in, especially when I was asked what time I was going to be checking in.
