Great location, beautiful apartment with furnishings in keeping with the style. Very warm welcome from Davide and prompt help / advice throughout our stay.

Air-conditioning unit was a bit basic, but there were plenty of fans.

This apartment is a gem visually to stay in. Place is as described and like the photos. It was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Location felt like we were in a student neighbourhood as in the late afternoon evening they would be at the local restaurant/bar on the corner of our street but it didn't bother us. A short stroll into Bolognas centre allowed us to walk past some great little places to eat at for breakfast and lunch. It's only a 10 min taxi ride to the train station too. Davide was a great communicator throughout the whole booking process and our stay. He happily provided dinner recommendations when asked. The apartment doesn't have built in air con but Davide provided a number of air con units and freestanding pedastal fans to assist as it was very hot. Make sure you dont leave anything behind like we did, some airpods, as sadly they couldn't be found by the cleaner when we let Davide know 30 mins after we left when realising but couldn't go back ourselves to get them. Overall would happily recommend

Plug socket situation. We brought travel adapters with us however they didnt fit in all the sockets so had limited points to plug in our electronics.

Its building is very medieval-like looking and room is very large to dwell in it. Its location is in the heart of city central, so you can walk everywhere on foot.

The atmosphere can be creepy at the night while you prepare for sleeping. You must not forget that reccomendations of young students are near by here, so they can be very noisy at the night because they have clubbing.

This is an amazing place, well situated for strolling the streets of Bologna

The location was fine. It was a student district, so not fancy, but it seemed fine. The furnishings were really cool. I would stay there, but only in the winter. It was hot and stuffy in the summer.

When we got there we could not get in the loft since the internet was not working. The owner ran over to the loft and let us in .. letting us know he was in the middle of a game of tennis at the time. I appreciated him letting us in.. then I realized not only was the internet broken, but there was no A/C. He seemed flustered and told me the couple the day before was also upset about it so it he had removed it from the listing.. then he ran off. The listing claimed to have A/C when we booked, After he left, I started to get upset and our family was really upset and hot. So at that point I called booking.com to complain that there was no AC. Booking.com then said the listing did not have AC on it (It was removed the day before), so it was our problem. We were able to provide our email confirmation listing A/C as an amenity. They offered to call the owner to ask what happened. And asked us to wait an hour promising to send a new rsvp link to elsewhere. It never came. I called again.. They told us the owner said that A/C was broken (to be fair, I think he said that the internet was broken and being worked on). Booking.com offered to contact the owner to see if he could move us to a new location, but after another hour waiting in the heat! they said they did not hear back from him about moving us. We finally got booking.com to agree to an emergency cancellation of this stay after I got angry.. and allow us to move somewhere with A/C. However, the next day, the owner emailed us about checking out when we had already left the day before. He claims booking.com never contacted him (then how did booking.com know why the internet was broken?) and he could have moved us elsewhere with AC...?The worst part of this mess now we are being charged for TWO bookings. I am on hold with them AGAIN for another hour still trying to get this fixed ( and got disconnected). It's my last time using booking.com.

Great location walkable to all points of interest. Great restaurants nearby. The apartment has a mesievil theme and is very spacious with very interesting decor.

It was hiot and the apartment had portable air conditioner which were okay not the best The was an odour coming from the ensuite which was not pleasant.

It was clean and nice decor. Beds were comfortable.

It was very hot in June and the air conditioner could not be turned on due to the municipality. Davide was very responsive and brought us fans which helped make it more comfortable.
