"Very good"

Location was good. 2.2km walking distance to reach V&A waterfront. 72R by uber one way. 20 minutes from airport if no traffic. Bathroom upstairs was large and with hot water. No power cut at all. Security. Very quiet while sleeping. Thank you for the treat upon arrival with the signature red wine.

Once you paid for the full stay you have to pay refundable amount of 3000 R. During 6 nights no cleaning team came to clean. I am not supposed to push them to do it it was not spotless apartments. Apartment should be cleaned much better. Dust behind bed. Air-condition was dirty so we didn't put it on at all.

"Magnificent - Superbly Superb"

Honestly, it was exactly as described, and the pictures were as what we got. Detailed guide/description of the apartment. Overall, truly happy and amazing experience.

When using the washing machines, at some point the water pipes were making a "loud squeaking sound" so we had to open a tap to make the sound go away. Other than that, everything else was super. I would recommend it 100% to anyone anyday.

"How to feel like a Cape Town local"

The flat is stylish and cosy, our 11 year old daughter said she wanted to move there! The staff are very helpful and always took care of us, recommending local "gems" that were much appreciated! The welcome Cabernet was great with a Persian takeaway dinner (you can call Ubereats and pick up your food on the ground floor by the Security). Parking is covered and safe and is included in the price of the flat. And Cape Town is wonderful! We would have loved to stay longer.
