NYC Style Downtown Duplex

The bed size of the upstairs room was amazing! And the comfort! Spot on! Though is in Cape Town downtown and it can be scary to walk around, it was convenient for us (8girls) to walk to the meeting point at Citysightseeing at long street. And the fact that it is a open space was very nice for us.

The downstairs bathroom washing basin is too small! It is certain that you will split some water. Leaving the windows open is not a good option to get airflow as they can slam due to the wind, would be nice to have some sort of window older so one could leave it Open for airflow.

The apartment is very big and spacious, the host is very thoughtful and put little clue notes on how to work some things in the home. And the welcome pack was just amazing

This is a beautiful apartment in the heart of Cape Town. It has large bedrooms and amazing common areas. The apartment is perfect for groups/families, as it affords personal privacy spaces. A gorgeous, fully equipped kitchen. Lovely, quirky decorations. We loved it.

Nothing. A great apartment in a fabulous location. The owners are super helpful and at hand if you need anything at all.

The property is just as shown in the pictures - very spacious, and open plan design makes it great for a family. Beds are very comfortable; the designing is great; kitchen is well equipped with utensils etc; there is a little store right downstairs where you can get all your groceries for breakfast etc; getting food deliveries to the place was also quite easy on Uber eats; security guards were very friendly and helpful. And Gautami was always just a message away to guide on anything we wanted to check. It was lovely randomly meeting them as well on one of the evenings during our stay!

The streets below can get a bit rough in the evenings - especially if you’re walking to the greenmarket side. We preferred to stay home during the evenings or take an Uber from right under the building, which is anyway the case in central Cape Town I guess. I would only suggest that it would be great to have a washing machine in the apartment too; but it wasn’t too much trouble because there is a laundry available just across the street too.

Amazing location right in the middle of Cape Town with secure parking and more than helpful hosts. Spacey interior with all the amenities you could hope for.

The apartment was stunning and well maintained. Terence met us with big smiles and it was wonderful to get such a warm welcome as a single parent traveling with kids and an elderly father. The towels were fluffy and everything was so clean and immaculate. The location was ideal as it took us at most 30 minutes to reach the tourist sites. Parking was secure with 24 hour guarded access

Nothing that i can think off. The place is definitely suitable for extended families. There were a few flies and not sure how they getting in as the windows were never open.
