"We love the property being so private."

I like the location since it was close to Balboa Park and the restaurants in University Heights.

We had to wait a long time to get warm water in the shower.

"A home from home"

It's in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, with a lovely café within walking distance (check out Good Omen Coffee!). I loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the birds. Perfect space for a couple, for a long weekend!

"Exceptional"

The decor and description was spot on. So many little details thought out. But like some places it was NOT over done. We could walk to so many little cafes. The neighborhood felt very safe and Karem gave very clear instructions for access to the adorable ,cute, sweet Spanish Cottage. I would definitely stay again.

Parking was difficult, however I sensed the host/owner was waiting for us to arrive and saved a spot for us right out front. That was really, really nice.

I thought it was super cute.

Parked no in the street was fine when we got there but after coming back from our event it was really hard to find parking. Had to walk about a block.

We had a very comfortable stay! The studio is well stocked with the basic things we needed. Location is fantastic, short drive to the zoo and plenty of great places to eat.

"Cozy Casita for your Weekend Getaway"

Beautiful little casita in a nice neighborhood, near a park. It was quiet and tastefully decorated. I would definitely stay here again for its convenience to all SD has to offer. Easy parking and check-in instructions. The shower was exceptionally nice!
