Spanish Style Cozy Studio

The location was great. So central to everything we needed. Place was so clean!

When needed, Karem (owner) was easy to contact and he responded within minutes. Location was central to the various locations within San Diego we visited. The cozy apartment had everything we needed and was well maintained and nicely decorated.

Neighborhood parking was challenging at times.

This establishment is truly remarkable. Its location is quite convenient. The atmosphere is charming and peaceful. We have had the pleasure of staying here on two occasions and will undoubtedly continue to do so whenever we visit San Diego.

Person living under this unit or next to? was talking on the phone at 4:45am at full volume. No awareness of courtesy and the fact others might be sleeping. I could almost hear every word. Unfortunately, this was a deal breaker for me. What a shame. Not as close to Balboa Park as I'd hoped. But the area is charming and very walkable. It's a neighborhood in San Diego I'd never been in before, so that was fun!

No instructions on how to turn on ac. Took a little bit to figure out. It was pretty warm during our stay.

Very quaint and welcoming studio, decorated in Mediterranean style. Location was good, beautiful garden with fresh lemons on the trees, easy to park, good tv selection. Very clean and tidy. Very kind, responsive and helpful host.

We like to cook, and the nice terrace and garden offer a pleasant setting. Should have at least one decent sized chef's knife. Also a frying pan that can cook two portions of pasta at one time.
