It was great

We were very comfortable in this place so we want to recommend it. The apparent is in a very quiet street with an amazing view of green tblisi. We only spent a few minutes with our host but we noticed the peace and good willingness into his eyes. From the very beginning he thanked our reservation and stayed in contact with us, we felt really grateful for him and his place.

I stayed there for over 2 months .The apartment has a breathtaking view of the mountains .The balcony look at the mountain and the garden inside the house ,which is a big garden .Its calming ,quite ,specious beautiful and fully equipped place .At times ,you can even see some firework from your bed ,which was WAO thing to me. If you walk for only 10 minutes ,you find many groceries ,gas station,pharmacies and bakery that make Theyesh Georgian bread. Public transport is so convenient from here.The owners live in the same building and taking good care of the place .They are nice ,decent and friendly people.I must mention hat if you are a woman travelling alone ,this is by far the best and ideal spot to book in.

Wonderful, clean, and comfortable! The owner is exceptionally kind, patient and open to communicating. The location is a bit farther out, but there's a fantastic view from the balcony that makes it worth it.

*very good quality for money 35 lari/night *calm location, villa style, good view * lots of supermarkets, banks nearby ( like village in tbilisi) * very friendly, honest, patient host * host resolves problem with bad behaviour of neighbours * host explains patient and professional that price increase is booking.coms fault despite i accuse him mistakenly * checked host out, he defenitely doesnt try to scam (rare in georgia), very generouse - wanted to let me stay one night for free because booking com increased price * quality of building is very good for georgian standards ( everything is build very robust, massiv, like in castle) * stickers with jesus christ in lots of places in appartment so you get constantly remembered - very good and stylish, not mainstream. *very beaitful natural design, wall color, and noble lighters * rosemary in the beautiful garden

* boiler power is too low ( probably it got downregulated with additional fuse) these are probably not 1500 watts despite boiler itself has 1500 watts. its difficult if you want to take a bath of 4 -6 h, to get enough hot water. * relatively poor sound insulation( you can hear neighbours having sex - i mean this periodic sound you know what i mean) - for me no problem as i am very insensitive. but for georgia the sound insulation is actually standard or even good for this price range. * it would need stronger light - the light in the kitchen and living room is too weak, it neads additional light for cooking and reading - best a light on the table * light in front of house was damaged and didnt get repaired - problems finding key whole.

*i have been many times in georgia and visited lots of apartments and i think its very hard to get better quality in this price range. i paid 35gel/night with genius discount. the house is build solid and robust and has huge potential for renovation and improvement ( sound insulation...). in contrast to many other georgian buildings that are very old or resemble more containers or barracks and need to be flatten down and build new because renovation doesnt pay off. this architecture and place is really worth investing in. from an investors perspective its my favourite apartment. and in remindst me very much at the house of my own famely. *many cases and warderobe to put clothes and stuff

*beds could be made better with bigger bedsheet that stays in its place even if you move in sleep. *for couple that wants to have sex not ideal as there is no real double bed.
