This property I stayed two nights 14-16 Oct It is very clean the rooms are big my bed was king size. There is a balcony with views towards the town and views of the pool The pool is big and very clean and surrounded by grass and trees and very well kept My room greeted me with bottles of water and a plate of fancy biscuits which was a nice touch The staff are attentive and helpful . The manager is welcoming. Food is presented very well and many choices for both breakfast and evening meal The terrasses are perfect fir a pre dinner drink Apparently This hotel is one of very few to have a swimming pool in fez and this pool is large well there’s two pools actually All in all a very pristine outside and very clean rooms

I liked everything

L accueil, le service du personnel. Ravie de revoir Mme Hanane, qui ne m a pas oublié, car tjrs fidèle à cet établissement. Hôtel proche du centre commercial, du Mc Do. Belle vue sur la médina ( voir photo). Merci aussi, aux femmes de chambre ( Mme Hajar et Myriame) pour le gentillesse et pour le soin. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, le PDJ et le souper : large choix. Merci à Mme Souad et son personnel d' avoir pris soin de nous 💐 À très bientôt. Mme K. Sou

Piscina, situacio, aparcament, atencio del personal.

Habitacions molt anticuades. Esmorzar pèsim. Poc varist, de poca qualitat, croisants del dia abans, etc

Emplacement La décoration La vue sur Fes Confort

Le petit déjeuner. La douchette de la douche fonctionnait mal. La chasse d'eau qui fuit. Musique trop fort à la piscine l'après midi et même la nuit jusqu'à 2h du matin. Impossible de faire une sieste ou de dormir la nuit avec le bruit pour les personnes sensibles.

Nice location and beautiful views from the balcony

The room had no tea or coffee maker (but it was listed in the description on Booking.com). Telephone in the room did not work, so for any problem we had to go downstairs to reception -- but they did not help either. Room service available until 10 pm, there is no way to get tea after that time. When we asked a guy at the reception to call a taxi, he refused and said that he will only call a local guide who will help us& the we said we do not need a guide, he suggested us to go out and find a taxi on our own. We did, but that sums up the unfriendliness of the place

The Hotel staff made our stay one of the most enjoyable stays we have had! From the Hotel Director to the staff, they treated us like royalty from the moment we arrived until our departure! Thank you for a wonderful stay in Fes!!! I will definitely be returning to Menzeh Zalagh City Center Hotel.
