Menzeh Zalagh City Center

The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure me and my family (wife, kids and parents) had an amazing stay. From the reception to restaurant and cleaning staff, everyone was lovely and genuinely friendly. The hotel is beautifully set with lovely views, an amazing sun terrace where we enjoyed sitting in the morning and plan the day. Location wise we also found it a very easy 10-12mins walk to the Royal Palace and front there another 10 mins to the medina. Easy walk out and 6 mins taxi ride back in the evening, so a lovely and peaceful place to stay after a busy day visiting the medina. Lovely landscaped garden and swimming pools, and the kids lived roaming around. Amazing breakfast as well. Highly recommend! We extended our stay and stayed longer.

Everything was excellent

1. The hotel staff is very friendly and is eager to help always. 2. Breakfast is great, lots of local options as well as fresh fruits and good coffee. 3. Great outdoor garden space and a pool. 4. Grocery shop is opposite to hotel, 2 restaurants within 2 mins walks. Pharmacy is 5 mins, McD is 5 mins and shopping mall is 10mins walk.

1. The hotel lobby was almost never clean. 2. You can see people smoking in lobby and buds lying on the floor. 3. We had to change room access cards multiple times every day as access cards never worked properly. 4. The wifi was not working at all, despite technicians visit it could not work. Just because hotel was empty we were moved to a suite during last days of our stay where internet was better, but if hotel is full then you have no choice.

The staff was very accommodating with the last minute booking late in the night. They were super nice and welcoming.

Reception staff is soooo friendly and helpful. They really try to accommodate you in every way. Helped with changing the rooms and printing out the boarding passes with a smile and no hesitation.

I had a wonderful time at Hotel Menzeh Zalagh and I am very grateful for my stay there. Both of the rooms in which I stayed were spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The beds were super comfortable and the mini fridge was unbelievably convenient. Each room also had a balcony with a beautiful view - this was a really nice touch and allowed me to soak up the atmosphere and relax. The rooms also had a desk which I personally found really helpful to use when going through emails and doing my skincare. I also really enjoyed the food that I had in the hotel. The breakfast selection is varied with a mixture of hot and cold items. There are also pastries and a coffee machine. The hotel Pizzeria restaurant was my preferred go to for my evening meals and I would absolutely recommend the steak dish - it was so so so good and I wish I could have some right now! Finally, I have to give a special mention to the staff of this hotel who made me feel so welcomed and looked after. I met multiple staff members during my stay and all of them were so kind and helpful. It was reassuring to know that I had someone to call upon if I needed help. This is a really nice hotel and it is one that I would love to visit again whether on my own or with my family.
