Menzeh Zalagh City Center

A super old lady that is kept in good shape by. Good team.. It's works really well and does what it should. Gardens are beautiful..

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Menzah Zalagh City Center, and I must say it was an excellent experience. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request made my stay truly enjoyable. The restaurant staff were very kind too. They even offered me a variety of suhur options to ensure that my dietary restrictions were taken into consideration. Their level of kindness & hospitality truly exceeded my expectations. The traditional Moroccan decoration of my suit added a charming and authentic touch to the ambiance: intricate tile work, and elegant furnishings, transporting me to bdautiful & calming world. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hotel with exceptional staff who prioritize guest satisfaction and go the extra mile to make your experience memorable.

I would have appreciated having a small desk and chair to comfortably sit & work on my computer, as well as improved lighting.

Super friendly and professional personnel. Mr Chaoui was brilliant guy and went out of his way to help me. He is a great man.

Cold water was not working.

The staff at the hotel, especially the reception staff were very courteous and helpful throughout my stay. Overall experience staying at Zalagh was great! I would prefer to stay again if I visit FEZ next.
