"we had a pleasant stay in the hotel and i would certainly comeback to it"

From the moment we stepped inti the lobby, we were greeted by friendly and attentive staff. the check in was smooth and we were very impressed by the space and cleanliness and comfort of the room.

The breakfast was very limited and does not worth the price so I would highly recommend you to take only the room without breakfast.

Good bed, availability of food, location

Room was cold, heat did not work. Water pressure and temperature were inconsistent and made having a shower difficult or impossible. Breakfast was less than mediocre and a very poor value. Lunch and dinner menu was very limited.

"Superb"

The Staff was kind. Especially the dorman Ahmed. He was the most kind in the hotel. He was there for everything. The girl/woman Halima from the Spa was also perfect. She was very professional for Moroccian hamam and very kind. During the breakfast the woman ( chief), some other girls and the one in reception very a little bit unkind.
