Riad Rkiya with Courtyard

Very nice stylish rooms and bathrooms, very clean

It's very far from medina. We should have researched that before booking. Would be ok if you have a car. We arrived hot and tired, unpacked, and then discovered there was no water! Then the most horrible hammering started and a big hole appeared in the hall wall. We decided to go out while the mess was sorted but there were no locks on our room doors , the front door was wide open, builders were walking in and out ,Youssef the manager was nowhere to be seen and we had no contact number for him. No security whatsoever so we had to take anything of value with us . We messaged the owner. Her solution was either for us to move to a house in aglou (20 km away ) or she would reimburse us - not much use when it was late afternoon, we were tired , and a quick view of booking.com showed very little availability by this time the hole in the wall had been repaired so we assumed the building works were finished . The owner assured us the water supply would not be interrupted again so we decided to stay. All quiet the next morning but when we got back in the afternoon there was non stop incredibly loud hammering and drilling right above our head. It went on until 7 pm. The owners response - she didn't know the building work was continuing ( how could that be when her manager is supposedly onsite?)no apology, just a declaration that she had offered us a reimbursement which we declined ( we didn't) and there was nothing more she could do. The next morning Youssef finally apologised and offered breakfast for free as compensation. We shall be seeking a refund via booking. Com. If you have a booking here suggest you cancel unless you get confirmation that building upstairs has been completed .Also if you don't have a car this may not be the place for you . They appear to be digging up the entire main road at present and it looks like long term work so no petit taxis are passing and it's a long walk into town

Das Riad Rkiya ist wunderbar geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lässt einem in 1001 Nacht schwelgen. Das Riad ist mit dem Auto gut erreichbar und liegt am Rande von Tiznit in einem ruhigen Quartier. Ich durfte das Riad für zwei Nächte ganz alleine nutzen. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Wohnräume sind sehr grosszügig und würden Platz für mehrere Personen und Gruppen bieten. Die Küche ist ebenfalls sehr gross und verfügt über alles Notwendige. Eine Waschmaschine wäre ebenfalls vorhanden, welche ich aber nicht benutzt habe. Für die Schlüsselübergabe empfiehlt sich eine Zeit zu vereinbaren, da eine Person von ausserhalb vorbei kommt. Die Instruktionen und Übergabe ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Ebenso die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern ist sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Da ich alleine war, konnte ich kein Frühstück bestellen. Dies kann man aber gut in der Stadt in einem der Café's einnehmen. Die Medina ist zu Fuss in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar. Das Auto kann direkt vor dem Riad auf der Strasse abgestellt werden. Tiznit selber liegt gut gelegen um Ausflüge in den Anti-Atlas (ca. 2h) oder an die Küste (Aglou ca. 15 min) zu planen. Der Ort scheint einem viel sauberer als andere Regionen in Marokko.

Es gibt rein gar nichts auszusetzen.

Beau Riad, dont on ne soupçonne pas la surface et le volume de l'extérieur. La surprise est agréable.

.Cet hébergement n'est pas très facile à trouver, il manque des indications à l'extérieur. L' établissement donne l'impression d'être déja habité lorsque nous arrivons : une chambre avec un lit défait, des chaussures qui traînent et un réfrigérateur partiellement rempli. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas prévu; nous avons souhaité en avoir un . Il était convenable mais à un tarif bien trop élevé.

Marokaner wissen eigentlich wie man Kaffee macht. Dass man Schwarztee mit der Bisletti zubereitet und als Kaffee ausschenkt war ein Felgriff.

Ce riad d’exception séduit par son élégante alliance entre modernité raffinée et charme authentique. Idéalement situé, il offre un cadre paisible tout en restant à proximité immédiate du centre.

Sehr sauber, sehr freundlich. Wir konnten sogar unsere Motorräder mit rein nehmen. Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet und wie erwähnt sehr sauber. Das Frühstück wurde auf unseren Wunsch hin um 9 Uhr frisch zubereitet und aufgetischt. Die Unterkunft ist am Rand der Stadt etwa 25min zum Zentrum. Es war sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Das empfohlene Restaurant zum Abendessen "À l'Ombre du Figuier" war ebenfalls hervorragend!

Bei der Ankunft, die wir nicht im voraus angekündigt hatten, war niemand vor Ort und die Nachbarn (bei welchen wir dann versehentlich geklingelt hatten) haben empfohlen einfach anzurufen. Daraufhin kam sehr schnell jemand der uns sehr freundlich empfangen hat.

Super comfortable Riad....we were lucky to had the apartment completely for ourselve. Youssef hosted is super nice and prepared a wonderful breakfast in the morning. A real place like 1001 night.

Nothing

All of it, nothing to dislike. From start to finish it was a totally good experience. Youssef was a brilliant host, backed up by Saadia, who we unfortunately didn't meet. A calm and relaxing stay. Good kitchen facilities, excellent shower and good beds. Free parking immediately outside the property.
