Location is not bad, but you do have to find parking (which I was aware of before hand)

Avoid at all costs. I had booked here for three nights and once arriving at the property immediately realised that this was not somewhere that I could stay at all. I immediately told the owners who had been pleasant and promptly answered my questions… until then. I asked to cancel the other two nights (and loose money for the first) and asked them to re-list. I contacted booking.com when I got little reply from the owners and booking.com contacted the owner twice to ask for a refund to give me as well due to this property being so poor and unsafe. It was a complete shock this property. A premier inn seems like a 5 star resort compared to this place. Within seconds I heard the people upstairs and it was so extremely loud, it was dark, dingy, the towels looked as if they were found in a skip and the fridge didn’t even seem to close properly. The so called bathroom was the most insane thing I had ever seen, a manky shower curtain with the cheapest shower I have ever seen and another shower curtain separating the room to the toilet. I stayed here for no longer than three minutes and was horrified and had to leave. Again, I immediately contacted the owners to cancel this and receive a portion of a refund, as did booking.com twice and I have since been ignored by the owners. What an awful and horrifying experience that I hope no one else has to go through.

Few cobwebs and place was looking tired

Easy to find but could have done with knowing there was no parking before booking

Microwave broke down and didn't work - we booked in at 3pm and the room was quite cold with no way of heating it until the central heating came on at 5pm then it warmed up quickly

Comfortable, great value

it was a self catering appartment,

weather and no on site parking,, but definately not a fault of the host.

Central location, close to everything including the marina, shops, pubs and restaurants.

It's was like home from home. Couldn't of asked for anything better, everything you could ever need was in the apartment, will be booking again. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to have relaxing brake. Harbour with in 3 minutes walk from door
