Never went for breakfast

Room too small

i asked for a room with a bath because i was working on the train coming from cape town and was exhausted, my contact on duty at the time was very patient with me and assisted with what i needed to help rest my body sufficiently.

The Location was very nice close to lots of things to do and restaurants so you don't need to drive to get places. The rooms were neat and tidy.

Staff didn't make you feel welcome you have to walk to the Hotel Entrance to check-in. No one explains where the rooms are or shows you, staff doesn't go the extra mile just have you check-in and hads you the key. The showe door didn't close (probably broken) so when you take a shower the water goes everywhere and the step out of the shower has a sharp corner thats right next to the toilet so you can easy hurt yourself if your not paying attention.
