This is a nice clean place. But, if you are a foody and like to cook this is not the place for you. All of the utensils are cheap, inadequate and must have been purchased on a sale day at Walmart. Also, no cutting board, had to use plastic plate to do all cutting and chopping. The place was quiet until the people upstairs came in on our second day. Then I thought there was a polo game going on up there. The place is far from soundproof, and one could hear people talking. The gym was good and the weather was great. I would not go back due to what was stated as well as the price versus value was not there.

"Great location - Horrible Service. Try next door."

4.0

The accomidations were large and newly renovated. There was no one at the front desk when we arrived at 7pm Friday evening. We and other guests were calling the number on the door frantically. No keys in late arrival box. Some arrived and said they texted me but I never received any communication from them. Finally, got our room which was suppose to be dune view but was a view of next hotels window with a little bit of dune out there. Photo very deceptive. Front desk said they would comp me new room with ocean view next day. Do not book ground floor. Upstairs rooms slightest toilet flush, shower or even light walking will wake you up at 5, 6 am. No soundproofing in ceiling at all. Can even hear upstairs room playing TV quietly. After repeated calls there was no response all weekend. If I had locked my keys in the room or needed help I was out of luck. This service was unforgivable for a 9.2 rated property. Location was fantastic, beach access wonderful. So stay out of your room. Eat late into the night and leave early to avoid noise and frustration.

"WORST HOTEL IMAGINABLE "

2.0

This is, by far, not only the worst hotel experience I’ve ever encountered in my lifetime. Lets start from the beginning: It’s 5pm on a Tuesday. As soon as we pull up to the hotel we notice no one is there, no office lights, only two other guest cars in large lot. It’s a ghost town. There are hardly any facility safety lights on, no maps to direct guests to buildings. Nothing. It was creepy to say the least. We were told via text Monday that our room wouldn’t be available until 5pm Tuesday (weird, lazy, who knows) and that we would receive a code to enter the room. After getting lost trying to find the room in the dark with no signs we eventually find it and the door is locked... seriously. There is no keypad, just a rusty, locked door handle. We called the customer service line over TEN TIMES during the next hour and no one answered at 5:15pm in the afternoon... We eventually notice a light that came on in the office and a person answered the door that didn’t even work for the hotel and somehow found our keys that were suppose to be in the room. The room was disgusting, holes in carpet, no ocean view as stated, a literal bait and switch. WiFi was nonexistent at best. After being locked out and lied to, we had no choice but to leave. Finally found an emergency number and talked to Milton, a manager, who argued, apologized and promised a refund. He said I’d have to contact hotels.com. I did the following day and he refused a refund. This place is an actual scam!

"Cozy, Clean and Quiet."

8.0

GREAT little complex, awesome pool and beach access - grounds are IMMACULATE. This perticular unit has modern, updated bathrooms but the kitchen and living room are old, tired and the carpet is in need of replacing. Even in COVID, the housekeeping was great by using texts to see if we needed anything. Not cheap, but if yo're looking for an off-season quiet getaway, we recommend. One last tidbit...We've stayed in this complex before but this was our 1st time in this unit - C3. The LIRR (train) comes thru once really late at night and once wround 6:30-7AM and u definitely hear the train whistle.
