The Hermitage at Napeague

The property is excellent, convenient location. Units are very spacious, clean and service is great!

Have been coming here forever and this time, after 40 years or so...extremely disappointed. No one seems to be in charge. I miss Gary walking around making sure everything was ship shape. Hot tub broken, Beach attendant pretty much threw our stuff down. The umbrella fell sideways to I tried to re dig it in and he watched comfortably from his chair. LOL I even tipped him big so that stunk. We were promised a Queen bed and it was a Double. The ground looked over grown and filthy. Poor communication...we had no maid service (not our choice) and didn't no what to do with garbage.

Quiet, has full kitcheb and 2 bathrooms def will come back

Great location, was clean. Biggest call out would be the fact the beds/mattresses were not of great quality and therefore affected sleep quality.

My trip was cut short due to people upstairs made it unbearable to stay .the noise all night and all day made it impossible to stay .we lost one entire day .

Condos are very attractive, have a full kitchen with all supplies, comfortable beds, and the unit was very clean. We did not use the amenities as it was January. Everything was automated so you never saw anyone or had to interact with others if you are nervous about COVID!! We would definitely go back there. Had a great time.

The overall quality of the property is not great, and it is not well maintained. Many things were not working in the unit: bathroom window could not be opened, shades broken etc. In addition we paid for "ocean view", but the view of the ocean was partial at best. Another building blocked most of the view and we got a view of the pool, mostly.

The property was ok but the apartment we were given was not what we had booked! We had booked an apartment with ocean view and we received an apartment with pool view. We asked the receptionist the second day as it was closed when we arrived, the answer was that all apartments with ocean view had been winterized by their owners. Net net, we paid for the ocean view and didn’t get it!
