The apartment so dirty, blanket n mattress so dirty, broken fan.. The toilet so dirty, not value for my money

"BAD,BAD,BAD experience due to BAD,BAD,BAD HOST / PROPERTY MANAGER !!!"

Location

The Host / Property Manager. No respond at all when urgently needed. I booked for a 3D2N stay. Unfortunately, I lost the Apartment key on the second day. I try multiple times to contact the Property Manager but no response until a day after my check-out (the 4th day which we were already at our sweet home), saying that he/she had lost his/her handphone and just found it !!!!!!!
