NOVA Apartment at Cameron

Location is strategically. Nearly to all attractions likes Teh Boh Plantation, The Sheep Sanctuary and Kea Farm Market. There r shopping at the first and second floor.

Hotel didn't maintain well, the door can't to closed. The wood floor broken and just tack by iron nail. No any toilet rolls and only hair wash liquid provided.

The tv is just for display only n u can only watch blue screen.. Water heater is not functionin Call them n no answer.. they just whatsapp saying staff will come n have alook but no come after waiting for more than 1 hour

Not at all. Not responsive customer service. Should assist customer for check in even after operation hours. Waited more than 30min to contact for check in.

Facilities all vry old and malfunctioning. Clothes pole in washrooms broken, wardrobe cabinet broken , water boiler malfunction, water heater not functioning!

There were no toiletries like toothpaste toothbrushes. For soap they gave shower gel in a plastic water bottle. No Fans available in 2 bedroom apartments.

The location is just next to Kea Farm and other main attractions in Cameron e.g. Boh Plantations Sungai Palas, Cactus Valley, Sheep Valley etc.

The cleanliness of the facilities need extra works. Hope owner can invest to touch up the run-down kitchen cabinet, fix the toilet sink which was clogged and areas that have leaking stains in the toilet. Toilet floor was quite slippery, seems to have kind of oil spill. Sofa in the living room also quite run-down and the facilities were smelly. My kids rather sits on the floor and we need to open the sliding door to let the fresh air comes in. Living room fan not functioning, but owner put table fan as alternative. Its good to have upgrade the facilities so occupants feel worth the money they paid.
