The location is perfect for visiting Ulverston and South Cumbria. Whilst there is no onsite parking cheap car parks are within easy walking distance and buses and a mainline train station are very close. Short term parking outside the premises for loading and unloading luggage is available.

For the advertised amenities nothing could have been improved.

Host, location, delightful property and room, although close to the road very quiet. Easy access to town and places to dine, train station approx 8 mins walk away. Start of The Cumbria Way a short walk away.

On getting ready for evening out found water for shower and shaving never got above lukewarm even after running for a time, left early next morning so not able to question host as to when hot water is available.
