"Absolutely brilliant"

The staff are truly fantastic - knowledgable and go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. The grounds are beautifully kept and so tranquil. The pool is very big and has enough sunbeds to accommodate even a full hotel. The room was a good size with all required amenities. The hotel arranged our scooter hire and transport back to the airport. We will return.

Very relaxing quiet and beautiful place. Nice pool. Nice big rooms. Very friendly staff.

The breakfast didn’t live up to my expectations. I would totally skip it and rather go eat somewhere else.

Everything was very clean. Room, Pool and environment

You need a motorbike to get around. The staff should be more careful and quiet when guests are trying to relax. Some of them sleeping with loud music and/or videos in their phones right next to you. For the price, breakfast could be all-you-can-eat. I understand there are only 10-12 rooms, but since everything is prepared fresh, they could offer more options if guests want. The juice could be better.

Mae ( I think senior staff) was wonderful. Tried to fix our concerns with a smile. Offered solutions to our concerns.

Information on Booking .com in incorrect. Very disappointed that I couldn't get dinner of Valentines. No mention that restaurant has limited operation. Mosquitos in room were huge. Cable TV didn't work. Poor operation after 5pm. No manager on site to address problems, only a poor security guard.

"Tranquil panglao hideaway ✨"

We loved our stay here, it was so peaceful and relaxing. It was so so quiet at night which we appreciated. The room was immaculate and had everything we needed. The staff here were lovely and went out of their way to help us. Visiting the chocolate hills, tarsiers etc is easy to arrange from here and can be done in a day tour. We liked it that much we actually came back for a night!

Would be nice to see some fresh (ideally Filipino!) coffee at breakfast as only option was instant packeted coffee.
