The light bulbs were removed from most of the lights which was a bit strange.

No directions to get into the carpark, so I spent 20minutes with my son in the basement on his own trying to direct me to the entrance - not ideal on a dark rainy night. No fob for the carpark so very difficult to park on your own without someone entering the building to open the shutter. Many of the light fittings were missing light bulbs so the flat was very dark at night. Mattress on the main bed seemed a bit soft and some cleaning was missed. Strange square plates - couldn't be used for a pizza.
ITEverything was perfect, from the inside to the position, best way to explore Manchester!

GBThe property was clean and specious. Allowed us, especially the kids enough room to play and to be creative. Nice and quiet environment - which allowed for a nice, peaceful sleep. Generally, a good place to stay!
Generally, a good place to stay, but travellers experience can be improved if a few things were provided in the property. First of all, I found it disconcerting using the car park at the basement. It was incredibly difficult getting in and out of the car park without a remote control for barriers - having to ask someone to help me open the barriers from the inside each time I came back. Also, a small bin in the toilets for toilet paper rolls would be a great idea - no toilet bins in the property!

No light bulbs in the lamps and the corridors of the apartment building were not clean, loads of rubbish bags inside.
