GBApartment is superb. Very modern & nicely decorated. Everything you need for a short stay. Good location for a short commute to city centre.
Check-in details could have been provided earlier, I would say ideally 24hrs prior to day of Check in. Surrounding area is run-down but I encountered no problems when walking around or commuting to and from the city centre.

AULocation was excellent, very nicely set up for arrival. Very comfortable beds.
Unfortunately we were unlucky it seems compared to other reviews. 3 adults staying and only 3 hand towels provided, no normal size bathroom towels. No tea/coffee supplied nor tea towel or dishwasher tablets. Some important points that did not meet expectation or match photos. If we had known we would have taken our own. As per other reviews the lateness and lack of information until very last minute and chasing for access information can cause stress for travellers.

I feel like the description could include when to expect instructions on how to access the property, as they were sent less than 12hrs prior to the check-in time, which put us a bit on edge.
GBThe apartment was lovely, very clean, modern and warm. it was very comfortable for a family of four which included two teenage sons. it was very easy to book, change dates and get access via key and door codes. We found the Banyan Tree, a 10 minutes walk away which is a great spot for breakfast.
The main door to the building had no lock, it was missing, and the area, although great for walking to Old Trafford and to the City Centre, was run down. I was a little concerned that anyone could access the main building. Also, there are no immediate amenities in the area, you do have to venture out for a walk to find cafes, shops etc.

Just a few of the lights were missing bulbs so it was quite dark in certain areas!
