"VERY DISSAPOINTED STAY"

Location

Homebrickz assured they have fixed the bed bugs issue which was complaint by others in the review section. But the issue is still there! They charged rm90 for the cleaning fee and we are very dissapointed on this recurrence bed bug issue. Unnpleasant smell from the toilets.Bath towel with dark spots / stains. Need to follow up and can only get back deposit refund @RM300 after 24hours which they informed supposed to be within 24hours. Can use car park access card (without paying the parking fee) but not being informed via the check in instruction. Instruction given is need to pay for the parking fees.

I liked the pool..with a warm water..and sauna...

Its very bad experience for my family...i have 6 person but only 1 room is open.. another one is already lock when we arrived..i already informed the staff but she said they will came next day..we sleep at the hall..with no towel supply...its just lucky we bring our own towel...

Only the location.

This is for the unit in 22nd Floor. Sticky Floors No Soup Laddle No chopsticks Shower curtain half torn apart. Whole Kitchen and Dining no lights Whole lift area 22nd Flr smells of urine. Wash basins are clogged. No aircond No balcony table and chairs.
