"Disappointing"

Location

Wifi did not work properly. Check in Friday whole day can’t use the wifi. Saturday noon only manage to use. Bed bugs a lot until bite my kids and red spots Shower also didn’t have any proper hot shower as only moderate less then warm shower

Location is strategic. Close to the amenities.. Building as a whole is clean. Lots of parking space although there we not many available at 2nd floor as there was some painting maintenance done when we got there. The Homebrickz management team is responsive. Apartment fits nicely for us 6pax (4 adults 2 child). Apartment is 8.5/10 clean.

Only 1 bedsheet for the 2 futon beds provided. Balcony is not clean. Suggestion: 1. Please change the dishwashing soap, kitchen towels and dishwashing sponge for hygiene purposes. 2. Put instructions on how to use the washing machine, next to it. 3 Please change one of the dining chair, as it was broken the time we checked in.

I stayed at unit 22-03. Bed bugs was found in master bedroom and complained to customer service but they acted like nothing happened
