Two days we didn t have hot water

A very cute place, clean and in a good location, friendly and super helpful owner who checks if everything fine :) worth money !

Location was close to the station, convenient for the Cinque Terre train/hike. The room was very spacious, comfortable bed and great bathroom. The room is close to the train tracks, but the noise level was very low. The owners were friendly and check-in/out was smooth. Fridge in the room, which I always appreciate.

Just a reminder to take some cash for the city tax. I forgot to do this but they were very nice about it. I think a Whatsapp contact number would also be a pretty good idea for tourists like me who only have data-only sim cards. I don't recall there being a Whatsapp contact listed anywhere. This is just a suggestion, not a complaint, the owners were very responsive to Booking.com messages anyway.

Location centrally located next to restaurants, pedestrian area, railway station and sightseeings.

Due to the central location, especially the train station, trains start passing next to the location at 4:00 AM !! This might be a negative point for some tourists.

It seems like a recently renovated apartment, but it lacks some basic essentials (for example, we had cups, tea, and instant coffee, but no spoons or similar items). In the future, it would be a good idea to include a common area with some kitchenware.

The room was very nice the bathroom was excellent and the staff was super helpful. The only thing I wasn't too happy with is that I die book a room with balcony and there was no balcony at all. But anyway I liked the place and was happy with my staying

Location and cleanliness was tops

Excellent communication from the owner prior to my stay and during. Lovely clean room with a very comfy bed and fabulous modern en-suite in a flat with locks on the room. Very close to the station about 5 minutes walk and lots of restaurants. I felt very safe. It exceeded my expectations and if in the area I would stay again. The only two things I could say would be a bonus would be a safe deposit box in the room and a full length mirror. But highly recommended.
